Trauma-informed, somatically grounded coaching. Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others just know something needs to change. Either is fine here. This session moves at your pace, follows your lead, and ends with a clearer sense of where you are and real next steps that actually fit your life.

The Whole Cafe offers reflective support focused on helping you move forward with clarity and steadiness. This work does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis support. It is designed to work alongside deeper healing work by helping you understand what you are carrying and how it shows up in everyday life.

Common Questions
How is this different than therapy?
The Whole Cafe does not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis support. Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, treatment, and healing past trauma. The work here is reflective and forward looking. Designed to help you make sense of where you are now, understand what you are carrying, and move forward in a way that respects your capacity and your life. Many people work with me alongside a therapist.
Is this appropriate if I have experienced trauma?
Yes, with important boundaries. This work is trauma aware but not trauma treating. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your journey, without revisiting or processing trauma in a clinical way. If at any point it becomes clear that a different level of support is needed, that will be discussed openly and supported with care.
Do I have to commit to ongoing sessions?
No. There is no expectation to continue beyond a single session. Some people choose to work together over time, while others find that one conversation provides enough clarity to move forward on their own. You remain in control of the pace and duration of the work.
How do I know if this is a good fit?
You do not need certainty to begin. If you are drawn to a slower, thoughtful, mentorship based approach and want space to make sense of where you are without pressure to perform or decide, this work may be supportive. If you are looking for fast fixes or clinical treatment, this may not be the right fit.
